Who are Staff+ engineers? In this webinar, you will learn what the specifics of this role are and what you may encounter in various IT companies.

Is it necessary to become a manager after a Senior position? No, you can continue to develop in the engineering direction! There are Staff and/or Principal levels for this. Usually, such positions can appear in companies where there are already 30+ engineers. These levels can be combined as Staff+.

The main difference from Senior — this is the level of influence. A Staff+ engineer affects multiple teams, sometimes the entire company.

In the webinar, you will understand who Staff+ engineers are and how they differ from architects or managers. We'll also break down an example of a promotion to this position, AND you'll get to know the tools that will help you develop your career towards this role.
