At this workshop, we analysed the employee life cycle in a company, considered all the key stages, onboarding, development (PDP), assessment, and offboarding. In the practical part, we looked at examples of how this can be organised systematically and efficiently, shared cases and experience.

Within the Soft Skills fwdays'24 conference, we are raising money for the components for 10 FPV drones, which will be assembled by the Social Drone UA project for the "Bratstvo" battalion (Defence Intelligence of Ukraine).
