This course is dedicated to working with specialists at all stages of a person's life cycle in the company.

    During the course, you will analyze in detail the main stages that an employee goes through:
  • onboarding
  • developing and evaluation
  • offboarding.

You will consider the main problems and difficulties faced by a person and a company, as well as ways to solve them. You will learn various methods and tools that you can use in your daily work.

You will gain knowledge and skills that will allow you to systematically look at People Management in your company, propose ideas for improvement, and implement a quality assessment and development system. And you will also rethink your role and approaches to work with your people and teams

You will work through the formation of an onboarding plan and PDP in practice. We will pay special attention to feedback and different ways of delivering it.

    Upon graduation, you will receive knowledge and skills that will allow you to:
  • systematically look at the employee journey in your company
  • suggest ideas and improvements
  • rethink your role and approaches to working with your people and teams

Program

    The first module. Onboarding:
  • Why quality onboarding is important and why it's not just about access and documentation
  • The role of the mentor and the role of the manager in the onboarding process.
  • Onboarding plan: example and tools for organization, basic areas of work.

      You will analyze in detail:
    • who should be involved
    • what system of meetings and checkpoints should be built
    • and how to work with feedback. We will pay special attention to feedback and different ways of delivering it, depending on the stage of the life cycle (case study)
  • Common mistakes (how not to do it) - we share cases and experience.
    The second module. Development and evaluation:
  • Culture and values as a basis for the formation of competencies that are needed by the company.
  • PDP - as a person's career guide, aligned with the needs of business and the company (in practice, we will familiarize ourselves with the PDP template and learn how to work with it).
  • 1-2-1 meetings as the main work tool.
    Third module. Off-boarding:
  • Why is it important to break up with a person on a positive note.
  • Offboarding plan (we will analyze an example and tools where it can be organized, we will discuss the basic flow of work with the plan).
  • Common mistakes (how not to do it) - we share cases and experience.

— Launched the direction of significant improvement of the quality of Homescapes/Gardenscapes (remastering)
